This is just a note to let you know that the construction in my apartment has been completed. I would like to express my appreciation to you and your staff for the accommodation of the work.
In addition, if anyone in the building is in need of construction work I can easily recommend the company that took care of my work: Absolute Interior. The overall quality of their work is very good, and in relation to that quality the cost is modest. They are actively engaged in the process and seek out solutions to problems and issues on their own. In addition, where I noted problems in the construction they readily resolved them as I specified, in so far as it was sensible to do so. Lastly, the work was done on budget, as specified before the work began.
In terms of my apartment they did: prepatory demolition, wall construction, drywall installation, electrical and utility installation and reworking, laying of wall and floor tile, door and door frame installation, plastering and painting.
